Today the targeting of hate speech has been added to with, targeted home invasion equipment, very high pitched noises. This made my cat vomit and are making me feel like vomiting now too. Its sore and is obviously causing some injury. It makes it hard to concentrate. I can still hear the hate speech in the background, kind of subliminal. These extremely high pitched sounds are a vicious violent attack. Home invasion of the worst kind.
I am going to buy some gingko, which helps with concentration and oxygen increase. Have a shower and today get some exercise, go to the library. Fresh air and exercise will help me to feel better.
